Supplier Spotlight: Prison Entrepreneurship Program

Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP) has proven to reduce recidivism through their education, leadership development and entrepreneurial program in Texas. PEP generated $8,622,433.80 of social value through their program between 2020 and 2021. PEP reduced impact inequality through increased incomes from individuals participating in the program (SDG 10), advanced education by providing entrepreneurial training (SDG 4), reduced poverty by providing housing to participants and reduced government expenditure on incarceration through reduced recidivism (SDG 16).
